Products may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order for a refund. Shipping charges incurred during shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund amount. Restocking fees may apply. Returns must be shipped pre-paid and insured directly to us. If the return is due to our error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact us for details. Please call our customer service rep to begin your return process. Once the return request has been filed, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) from Prestige Lighting and Design. This RMA# must be sent with the product. You will have 30 days in which to return the product from the date it was received. After 30 days, the Return Authorization will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given.
Product that is damaged during shipment back to us will not be eligible for refund or credit. Customer will be notified via email within 10 days if items were received damaged.
It is customers responsibility to file claim with the shipping carrier and forward instructions to us concerning the damaged product.
If no instruction is received within 30 days from when we received the damaged return, the product will be discarded.
